Casa Trujillo holiday home rental is situated in a remote, mountainous area of Spain. The nearest bar is 4km and the nearest shop 8 km. The location is ideal for visitors seeking peace and relaxation away from the pressures of modern life but, less suited to visitors with mobility problems or children. However, all the services of the Costa del Sol are only a 45 minute drive away.

Casa Trujillo Holiday Home Rental Details
Casa Trujillo accommodation comprises of a well equipped kitchen, winter snug, dining hall, mule parlour (summer lounge), goat pen (studio bedroom with ensuite), double bedroom and main shower room.
We wanted to create flexible living space so as well as two double bedrooms the snug and mule parlour both have sofa beds. In addition there is plenty of outdoor space (7 acres) , be it a hammock hanging from an almond tree, cushions by the pool or seating under the outside terrace - ideal for al fresco eating.
The swimming pool is a lovely feature of this rental property built with local stone. It fits perfectly with the rustic surroundings.
Bright colours, interesting furniture beautifully combine to create a welcoming place to relax with touches of India and Africa in the wall hangings, cushions and prints.
All the domestic appliances are as you would find in the UK but any electrical equipment you may bring will need a 3 pin to 2 pin European adaptor. The water system is drawn from springs located on the property and is not suitable for drinking so, please ensure you buy a good supply of bottled water.
If the weather turns cool there are two log burners. One in the kitchen and one in the dining room. You will find logs at the front of the house which will be sufficient for your stay.

| Starter Packs | A Starter Pack of drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar and
milk will be supplied free of charge. A Breakfast Pack of croissants/bread, butter/spread, fruit juice and fruit of the season can be supplied for your arrival at a cost of £10 sterling. |
| Smoking | If you must, it is imperative that you do not throw away your cigarette butt onto the land. In the summer it is tinder dry and you will start a fire without a doubt and this in Spain is a criminal offence. |
| Pets | No restrictions, but it would be entirely your own responsibility. |
| Swimming Pool | The swimming pool, although not heated, can easily reach 80 degrees farenheit during the summer months. |
| Telephone | There is no landline telephone but mobiles will work. Just check before you leave the UK that the foreign bar is lifted. |
| Television | There is a small television, but only Spanish stations are available. |
| Linen & Towels | Supplied. |
| Local Representative | The key holder lives 1km away. He will liaise with you as he may need to clean the pool during your visit. Otherwise, you will be left alone, sound in the knowledge that he is there if you need him. |
| Medical | The nearest 24 hr medical service is approx 20 kms away in the village of Benemargosa but most every day medicines can be bought over the counter at the chemist in Comares. |
| Health Insurance | Your visit to our property is entirely at your risk and we take no responsibility for accidents or injuries that you may incur. Therefore, we strongly advise you to take out full insurance cover. |
